Staff were very kind, got a little gift in the room upon arrival as well. Very clean and plenty of parking available in the immediate vicinity. Only a few minutes walk to the main street in town.

Our trip to Ballarat was beyond our expectations, mainly because of Quest. It was a clean, newly built property and worth getting a 1 bedroom instead of a studio. It is very close to the station (obviously) but also within walking distance of the central area where you can visit local restaurants/cafes and museums. My hubby and I love to be able to cook during our trip so we can save money on food and we truly love having complete kitchen facilities in the room.

located right near the centre of Ballarat. A two minute walk to the train station and a slightly longer walk to the centre of the city, Very quiet with double glazing and the apartment stayed pleasantly warm despite cool nights.

The location was just what we'd been looking for in the perfect location, and the room was clean and beautiful. But best of all was the staff - we accidentally left a wedding ring behind, and due to serious illness we were unable to return to collect it. The ring was sent to us and received safely and I cannot express the relief. I would like to thank whoever found it for returning it safely and for the staff of Quest for going above and beyond to return it to us, it wasn't part of their job but they did it anyway and we're endlessly grateful. We'll definitely be repeat customers!!

When I arrived, I was unable to locate my wallet. I searched the car and found it finally. I think the gentleman in reception's name was Breandan. He was fantastic and very patient. I actually was telling friends about him today. He would have to have the highest rating in Customer Service I've ever experienced. If possible, I would like you to pass on my congratulations to him, please. He is amazing! Once we got to our room there was a note and chocolates. I've stayed at a lot of hotels in my line of work and Quest would now be a 7-star. Thank you so much. We will be back. Helen Nihill Room 211

This is one of my best hotel experience during the trip in Australia. The room is vast and clean, and all equipment is in very good condition. The beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I am really glad to choose Quest for the last two days in my trip in Australia.

This is a really nice new hotel, that has great rooms that are well equiped to cook for yourself. The bathrooms are modern and the bed was comfortable. The location is terrific. It's close the CBD, but off the main street just enough to be quiet and peaceful.

Didn't know there was breakfast. Location excellent behind the train station but far enough not to hear it. Beautiful room, spacious, well equipped, immaculate, private. Loved the shower! Perfect for families as they can cook or heat their own food, park their car. Only 2 min walk to bus to Sovereign Hill which only takes 10mins. Bus interchange located here as well.

I have come to trust the Quest brand having stayed in another recent build and was delighted that the Quest Ballarat Station exceeded expectations mainly attributed to caring, knowledgeable and helpful staff. I stayed in two types of rooms having extended my stay, and staff were very helpful. I was able to work in the rooms and used the business centre each day which was perfect.
